The Kikass Collective is basically the VIP area of Kikass volunteering – kind've a fellowship but with more spice. The Collective are the crème de la crème of young volunteers who have proved their worth and gained experience in Kikass projects, programs, events and trainings. Their participation makes them eligible to join this application-only network and benefit from unique opportunities –

Monthly Social mission budget with which the Collective can run their own social projects to impact issues they care about without the need to wait for funding or compromise to meet sponsor/brand/client needs.

• A more senior leadership role in shaping Kikass, the organisation's direction, communications and what we do – the Collective are very much part of who we are and where we're going.
