The Money Tips coaching section of this site is just the tip of the iceberg: Coaching lies at the heart of Kikass' work. That's because we're all about empowering young people to fulfil their potential, overcome challenges and live their dreams - And to get to all that good stuff as fast as possible.

Coaching is beyond doubt the quickest, juiciest and most interesting tool for directly making a difference that we've yet come across, so it's core to our philosophy and the projects we work on with 16-26 year olds, and all Kikass's senior staff are qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaches and trainers. We don't see why NLP and other motivational, goal-setting and psychological tools should only be available to business execs and adults who can afford the average £3k it costs to take commercial training courses. The courses we offer include:

• A free industry-standard 20-day NLP practitioner training, run over six months,  to qualify motivated 16-25 year olds to coach other volunteers in our network. NLP grew out of the study of excellence and is an effective array of fascinating techniques for success, goal-setting, self-awareness and brilliant communication. 
• Plus Money Mastery - an incredible one-day training in money coaching for youth workers and other people who work with young people on their money issues.
• Board breaking experiences – an unforgettable confidence-boosting technique for smashing through obstacles quite literally!
