About Us

Kikass is a youth engagement charity with a difference. Our mission is to inspire young people to find creative solutions to the social issues which affect them - such as sex, drugs, alcohol, confidence and money etc in a way that supports their career and personal development. Over two million young people have participated in Kikass' high-impact social campaigns around the world, including viral video games like Super Shagland and guerrilla stunts such as our notorious World Aids Day stunt in Trafalgar Square (watch the footage at: Myspace)

Kikass's nationwide network of young volunteers develop campaigns in response to identified need: leading peer research, hosting brainstorms, developing new media projects and running events/guerrilla stunts.  They work with experts to ensure high-quality, professional standard outputs and to maximise learning opportunities. Kikass' fundamental belief is that young people, regardless of their background, have latent talent, skills and energy which, if appropriately focused, can transform their lives, futures, interaction with society and consequently society as a whole. Backers and funders have included: Virgin, O2, Levi's, Channel 4, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, HM Treasury and the FSA.
